Heard good things so had to check out Trios and was very satisfied. Not very busy for a Thursday when we arrived but that changed in time. Greeted with warm fresh bread as we sat down, a full bar with some what standard beer selection with a Mexican flare. Wife had the scallops which were tender, I had a ribeye that was cooked exactly as ordered. Salad bar was an option. Service was as you would want it to be, I was concerned that the meal would show up before I finished my salad but they did it right. I look forward to returning again to try something else.

Went here with the Kankakee County Shrine club for our Fez Friday and met-up with a couple Watseka Shriners. Food was great. I'm glad we went.
